Sports are actually entertaining and exciting. In sport, people usually compete, challenge one another, and exhibits their talents and skills. Many people love sports and they really spend money in just watching their idols and favorite players. This is because of the influence of media and the great role of money in it. In this chapter, Media Influence in Sports, talks about how media use this recreational activity to make money out of it. As i understood this chapter, it gives information in challenging every individual to be aware of what they were engaging especially with connection to sports. I am also invited to value the changes in me upon knowing the negative impacts of media and taught me to avoid experiencing potentially negative on my life.
